   Lender evaluation

   Your structured request is submitted to an independent funding source, which conducts its own review, may verify information, and makes all credit decisions.

   Financing offers

   If a funding source extends an offer, you review its terms — amount, cost, and repayment — directly from them. You're never obligated to accept.

   Funding

   If you accept an offer and complete the funding source's closing requirements, the funding source disburses the funds according to its own process and timeline.
